For the life of your ShopKeep POS subscription, we will troubleshoot your hardware with you over the phone to keep your business running. We stand behind everything we sell.

1 Year Product Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all products ordered on shop.shopkeep.com. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use. There may be additional warranties available provided by the manufacturer - contact product manufacturers for more details. No warranties will be granted without proof of purchase.

30 Day Return Policy

Whether you need to return one product or a full hardware setup, the process for returning hardware is always the same. Return shipping is free and you are eligible for a 100% full refund when you:

1. Initiate your return within 30 days of having received the product(s) you’re returning.

2. Ship your product(s) back with all original manuals, cables, materials, and packaging.

3. Return your product(s) in the same original new condition you received them in.

All non-Apple products may be returned for a 100% refund. All opened Apple products may be returned for a fee of 15% of the price of the products. Any shipping charges incurred at the time of sale will not be refunded.

Credit will be paid to the credit card or PayPal account used to place your original order.

Free Ground Shipping

Free Ground shipping always to the Continental US, no exceptions. Unfortunately we ship to the United States and Canada only, and additional shipping charges apply for orders headed to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands).

Your orders placed on shop.shopkeep.com should ship the same day or next day and should always arrive within 7 business days.

We want to get your store up and running as soon as possible, so if you are interested in expedited shipping, call one of our POS Specialists at 800-820-9814 for an expedited shipping quote or help processing your order. Expedited shipping charges will always be applied to the credit card used to place the original order. We cannot process expedited shipping requests for merchants paying with PayPal.

If ordering multiple products, they may ship at different times. We use several distributors with locations around the United States.
