We offer a 1-year warranty on all non-Apple products ordered on shop.shopkeep.com. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use within 1 year of the original purchase date. There may be additional warranties available provided by the manufacturer - contact product manufacturers for more details.
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all Apple products sold on shop.shopkeep.com. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days contact Apple support for repairs and replacements under their standard warranty.
No warranties will be granted without proof of purchase. If we deem a product defective and under warranty, we will send a replacement overnight to arrive the next business day (Monday - Friday). We will send a prepaid FedEx return label to return the defective product back to us. We return the product to the manufacturer for credit, so we must receive the defective product back, shipped with the provided return label, within 10 business days or we will have to charge for the replacement.
Whether you need to return one product or a full hardware setup, the process for returning hardware is always the same. Return shipping is free and you are eligible for a 100% full refund when you:
1. Initiate your return within 30 days of having received the product(s) you’re returning.
2. Ship your product(s) back with all original manuals, cables, materials, and packaging using the provided FedEx labels.
3. Return your product(s) in the same original new condition you received them in.
All non-Apple products may be returned for a 100% refund. All opened Apple products may be returned for a fee of 15% of the price of the products, provided they have been fully reset and restored to factory settings. This means we cannot accept returned iPads that still have security pass codes enabled or associated Apple IDs linked, and iPads received in such condition will be returned to sender. Any shipping charges incurred at the time of sale will not be refunded.
Credit will be paid to the credit card or PayPal account used to place your original order.
Your orders placed on shop.shopkeep.com should ship the same day or next day and should arrive within 7 business days. Unfortunately sometimes products go out of stock. If that happens, they may not arrive in 7 business days and we will notify you at the time of order or very soon after.
For orders shipping to the Continental US, ground shipping is always free and all orders will ship Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight based on the specified method at checkout. Additional shipping charges apply for 2-Day and Overnight shipping. We cannot change the shipment method on an order after the order has been placed.
For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands), and Canada, all orders will be shipped 2-Day and additional charges will apply. Unfortunately we ship to the United States and Canada only.
If ordering multiple products, they may ship at different times. We use several distributors with locations around the United States. Please note that Apple products may be shipped to the United States only.
