Ordering

How can I place an order?

Online or by phone. Call 866-300-9175 to speak with one of our Point of Sale Specialists and we can provide you with a free POS hardware consultation and place the order with you over the phone, or you can place the order online on your own.

Does ShopKeep Store charge sales tax?

Based on applicable tax laws, ShopKeep will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on behalf of our customers.  For a list of states where sales tax will be collected on your hardware order please refer to our Billing Policy.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my ShopKeep Store order?

ShopKeep Store currently only accepts payment by Credit Card. Call us if you cannot use one, at 866-300-9175.

Shipping

If I place an order today, when will my order ship?

Hardware orders placed before 4:45 pm EST usually ship out same day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your hardware should reach you in five to seven business days if shipped ground.

Can I expedite shipping on my order?

Expedited shipping is available on most items. 2-day and overnight options are presented during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping to the contiguous US is always free. Shipping is calculated by weight for expedited orders and orders being shipped outside the contiguous US.

Returns

How long do I have to return a product?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving hardware.

Can I exchange a product for another?

Absolutely. The exchange process is just like the return process and you can read about it here.

When will I see my refund?

Refunds are issued once hardware is received back and processed. This usually takes about 4 weeks start to finish.

Warranties

What is your warranty on products?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all hardware products ordered on ShopKeep Store. We offer a 14-day limited warranty on all Apple products purchased on ShopKeep Store.

Can I buy an extended warranty?

Extended warranties are available on some of the products we offer. Please see individual product pages for more information.

Free Shipping

All orders to the continental United States ship ground for free, with no minimum order. We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, territories, and Canada, but there are additional charges. No matter where you are, ground shipping should take no more than 7 business days.

Hardware Warranty

We know how important it is to keep your store running. If any new hardware product purchased from the ShopKeep by Lightspeed Store fails to function under normal use within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a replacement product. Refurbished hardware is covered for 90 days.

Free Returns & Exchanges

If you don’t love your products, no problem. Send back the product(s) you are returning or exchanging within 30 days of receiving the product, and you will receive a full refund. Return shipping is free to you. Some exclusions apply to custom gift card orders.
