All orders to the continental United States ship ground for free, with no minimum order. We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, territories, and Canada, but there are additional charges. No matter where you are, ground shipping should take no more than 7 business days.

Hardware Warranty

We know how important it is to keep your store running. If any new hardware product purchased from ShopKeep Store fails to function under normal use within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a replacement product overnight. Refurbished hardware is covered for 90 days.

Free Returns & Exchanges

If you don’t love your products, no problem. Send back the product(s) you are returning or exchanging within 30 days of receiving the product, and you will receive a full refund. Return shipping is free to you.
