The exchange process works just like the return process on ShopKeep Store. To swap a product -
1. Initiate a return on the hardware you wish to exchange within 30 days of receipt.
2. Ship your product(s) back with all original manuals, cables, materials, and packaging within 14 days of receiving your labels.
3. Return your product(s) in the same original, new condition you received them in.
4. Once your hardware is received and processed, credit is issued and you'll receive an email notification.
5. A new, separate order can be placed for the product you'd like at any point in this process, either on your own or through a POS Specialist on 866-300-9175.
All non-Apple products may be returned for a 100% refund. All opened Apple products may be returned for a fee of 15% of the price of the products. Any shipping charges incurred at the time of sale will not be refunded. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Credit will be paid to the credit card used to place your original order.
