Shipping & Delivery
Timelines
All your hardware orders placed with ShopKeep Store should ship the same day if placed before 5pm EST or next day if placed after 5pm EST and should arrive within 7 business days. Unfortunately sometimes products go out of stock. If that happens, they may not arrive in 7 business days and we will notify you at the time of order or very soon after. Gift cards are a little different because they require artwork approval. Personalized Gift Card orders ship 3 to 5 days after card approval, and Custom Gift Card orders should ship around 15 days after card approval.
Upgrades
All orders placed on ShopKeep Store ship via FedEx. For all orders shipping to the Contiguous US, ground shipping is always FREE and all orders will ship Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight based on the specified method at checkout. Additional shipping charges apply for 2-Day and Overnight shipping, and expedited shipments will be delivered on business days only. We cannot change the shipment method on an order after the order has been placed. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
Overseas
For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands), and Canada, all orders will be shipped 2-Day and additional charges will apply. We ship to the United States and Canada only, but please note that Apple products may be shipped to the United States only (excluding territories).
Large Orders
If ordering multiple products, they may ship at different times. We use several distributors with locations around the United States.
